Digital transformation is about people transformation. To become digital is to become people-centric. As technology transforms the way we work and interact, culture is being shaped increasingly outside HR and workplace domains. 

To succeed in digital transformation HR and Workplace have to move beyond their traditional functions to build a culture for productivity and well-being around distributed work. Key is to be able to integrate work and workplace digitally and physically around a robust community culture.

Pioneers of Work is an online curriculum and digital community for HR and Workplace professionals to become people driven to lead the digital transformation as pioneers of work design.  

The Academy consists of two courses with 3 modules each. Each course lasts for 5 months depending on when you register. We recommend enrolling for both and sharing access amongst HR, FM, IT, Comms and other interested colleagues within your organisation .

Depending on how you see it, we could say that the office is dead or alive. The point is, the old office is dying and how and why we work in offices tomorrow is different from today. How you run the space is increasingly what matters and there is no one solution that fits all.

By joining the Academy you enjoy online access to our community platform with course material, discussions expert tables around tomorrow people and culture and tomorrow workplace and facilities. 

Each course is concluded by one of two annual physical summits for networking. You can meet most speakers on the platform prior to each summit.   

By joining for full year you can divide the course with different people from your organisation (or several if you buy more than one membership).
